Inside, our proprietary spirit and dye composition is engineered for superior performance, preventing bubble splitting upon impact. These vials are UV resistant to ensure smooth, consistent bubble movement in extreme temperatures and to prevent color fading.
Our vial production process begins with molding high-quality acrylic vials, followed by adding precise amounts of vial spirit to ensure consistent bubble size. Ultrasonic welders securely attach the vial caps, preventing leaks and maintaining integrity. The application of the lines is the final, most critical step to guarantee pinpoint accuracy. We meticulously ensure that the bubbles remain within the same location inside the lines during a full 360° rotation by undergoing a rigorous inspection with an advanced vision system.
