Non-Warranty Repairs and Service Guidelines

Are there any signs of physical abuse?

  • If Yes, then Non-Warranty Repair
    • Some situations could exist where unit has been clearly abused, but cause of product failure is manufacturing defect.  These situations should be dealt with on a case by case basis.  Consult customer service as required.
  • If No, then its a Possible Warranty for Johnson to Service

Is the product warranty period over?  (i.e., 3 years past the point of purchase date and validated by a purchase receipt)?

  • If Yes, then Non-Warranty Repair
  • In No, then its a Possible Warranty for Johnson to Service.
  • NOTE:  Calibration is Non-Warranty Service work.

Repair Parts are to be purchased from Johnson.  See the Repair parts lists and pricing.

  • Pricing is subject to change without notice.
  • No minimum billing for repair parts.
  • Free freight if $350 of product and/or parts are ordered.
