Q:
What is your warranty policy?
A:
Our products are all covered for at least one year for defects in materials or workmanship. Our Heavy-Duty levels are covered by a lifetime warranty. Please go to SUPPORT then "Warranty" in the menu for complete details.
Q:
Does the Johnson Level & Tool limited warranty apply to items purchased on on-line auction sites such as e-Bay?
A:
No. Our warranty states "Seller extends the following limited warranty to the
initial purchaser and first end-user only
..." We consider anything sold on auction web sites as used equipment, therefore the warranty does not apply.
Q:
How do I check the accuracy of a spirit level?
A:
Checking accuracy is a very simple process. Please go to LEARN then "Test for Accuracy" in the menu for instructions.
Q:
How can I replace a broken vial in one of your levels?
A:
With our patented Quik-Change" vial design, you can replace a vial in minutes using just a slotted screwdriver. Go to LEARN then "Replace a Vial" for details.
Q:
Which of your levels is right for me?
A:
That depends largely on what you want to use it for. Different types of levels are designed for different purposes. Please go to LEARN then "Choose a Level" for more detailed information.
Q:
How should I take care of my wood level?
A:
Clean it, Dry it, Oil it. Check out LEARN then "Wood Level Care" for more detail.
