Johnson Laser Sheave Alignment System is the tool you need to efficiently achieve perfect sheave alignment. Our laser sheave alignment system uses magnets for easy setup, and gives real time feedback. No other sheave alignment system is as intuitive or easy to use and set up. All Johnson sheave alignment systems are accurate enough to exceed belt manufactures’ recommendations for drive belt alignment. This includes Standard V, Synchronous, Polyflex® and Micro-V® belts that should be aligned within ¼° or 1/16” per foot of drive center distance. The Johnson Laser sheave alignment system can be used indoors and outdoors and adapts to more varieties of belt styles and sheave designs than any other system.
